Jesuit Province of Zimbabwe has set aside US $96 million for one of the largest housing projects in the country. A mixed residential project that will span over 5,670 ha, 25 km kilometers northeast of Harare is planned.
According to the director JPZ development, Nigel Johnson, Chishawasha Valley housing project is expected to kick off in the second quarter of 2015.
“We have put all the required measures in place and are waiting for approval of the physical planning and a clearance from the Environmental Management Agency,” he said.
Johnson added the project would be built in phases once approval was granted.
