Basil Read nonexecutive director Paul Cambo Baloyi has been named the company’s chairperson, effective December 31, following the retirement of Sindile Lester Leslie Peteni,.
Peteni was appointed to the board in July 2006 and as chairperson of the company in May 2009.
Baloyi, who joined the board in November 2012, had been a member of the group’s audit committee, nominations committee and was chairperson of the risk committee.
