City of Light Appolonia to meet housing demand in Ghana

Real estate developer, City of Light Appolonia, is in a construction drive to meet the housing demand in Ghana. The company’s CEO, Anthony Okyere, the 500 housing units are part of the 22,000 housing units to be constructed to alleviate housing demand in Ghana.

The company has already set aside 941 hectares of land at Appolonia in the Kpone Katamanso District and about 2,300 acres. Thirty percent of the land has been set aside for gardens, parks and other recreational facilities.

The project is a joint partnership between the City of Light Appolonia and Africa’s leading Urban Land Developer, Rendeavour.
