MOBILE MASTER-135 Jaguar has four x-type aggregate bins each capacity of 22,5 cu m and a twin-shaft 4500/3000 l mixer , total capacity of the plant is 110 cu m of vibrated concrete in an hour. The first Stationary plant ELKOMIX-60 with real capacity of 55 cu m per hour is already operating on the jobsite.
All parts of concrete plant which interact with water such as a water and additives weighing batchers, maintenance covers, access ladders and parapets, maintenance platforms and safety guards, conveyors chassis and rollers supports are galvanized as a standard. Moreover, the water supply system to the mixer via nozzles is also effectively used as a mixer washing system.
