Donaldson has a range of solutions in terms of bag collectors, cartridge collectors, pressurization units and Powercore® filtration, to suit each specific application. With the development of the Downflo Oval Cartridge and Powercore® technology, these Donaldson’s filtration units have a smaller footprint, are easier to maintain, and have a lower pressure drop across the filter media compared to bag filters. All these benefits contribute to the saving on the initial capital cost as well as the running cost of our filtration units.
Powercore® Smaller Up to 70 % smaller – Today’s streamlined and lean manufacturing facilities demand peak performance in the smallest spaces. The space saving PowerCore® dust collectors fulfil this requirement. Compared to conventional baghouse collectors, PowerCore® CPC dust collectors are up to 50 % smaller. The PowerCore® CPV bin vent filters do not require an upstand, and therefore reduce the head room required, CPC units are even up to 70 % smaller, compared to conventional systems.
Powercore® Smarter The new PowerCore® dust collection technology is distinguished by its small footprint and high performance. By the use of the award-winning PowerCore® filter packs with Ultra-Web® technology the collectors provide a highly efficient filter performance that cannot be attained with conventional fabric filters.
Powercore® Easy Maintenance Replacing a PowerCore® filter pack is very easy. PowerCore® filter packs are lightweight and accessed from the clean side of the collector: easy, fast, clean. No tools or cages required!
