The Independent Development Trust (IDT) calls on all entities contracted to it but experiencing challenges in implementation of their projects to call the IDT Helpline.
This line has been set up to improve their customer and client relations and resolve all outstanding matters and complaints – including delays in payments due to service providers – in order to deliver the projects on time, within quality and budget. All callers need to have all the information relating to the project in question, such as name of the company, IDT supplier number, contact numbers, project name and location, etc. and also be as detailed as possible in their complaint or query.
