Seda Construction Incubator (SCI) proves to be one of the most successful business indicators in the country. Established in 2006 with a representation in three provinces with ten branches. SCI continually adds values to emerging contractors around the country thorugh providing the following:
- Business and technical mentorship that includes, but limited to
– Tender Stage
– Pre construction stage
– Construction management
– Site supervision
- Infrastructure
- Business and technical training
SCI currently has 398 contractors in the programme with over 103 of them successfully graduating over the past years.
SEDA Construction Incubator strongly believes that emerging contractor development will go along way in broading participation of previously disenfranchised groups in the constrution industry.
