Ethiopia Roads Authority (ERA) has announced their intention to undertake 43 road construction projects, with US$ 1.5bn already set aside in this year’s budget. Local contractors will construct 31 roads in this project.

The Ethiopian Government will fund 90% of the 2,787-km road construction projects.
