The event takes place 4 – 5 October in Nairobi, Kenya and features the first readymix concrete content in East Africa. The content is current and topical with the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development of Kenya planning to legislate a law that will make it mandatory that all construction of buildings three floors or more will have to use ready mixed concrete, in order to curb the frequent collapse of buildings in the country.
