Featuring alternative construction materials for the built environment and technical training workshops, this year Totally Construction East Africa climbed to new heights for its 3rd edition. Hosting four events in one, the event featured the following important platforms:
- Totally Concrete East Africa: the latest on cement specification and application hosting the region’s first ever readymix concrete conference
- Housing for East Africa Forum: innovative strategies to reduce housing construction costs by up to 30%
- Commercial Property Development East Africa Briefing: provided an inside look at local real estate markets and investment opportunities
- Totally Construction East Africa: the region’s leading alternative building materials and construction technologies expo
This year the event was hosted by Kenya’s Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development and endorsed by Kenya Vision 2030, the Kenya Private Sector Alliance, the National Construction Authority of Kenya and the Kenya Property Developer’s Association.
Over 500 participants were in attendance to benefit from presentations from 25 expert speakers and 6 training workshops held over the course of 2 days. 23 exhibitors from over 9 countries worldwide represented an important cross section from both public and private sector.
