UK-based beverage producer Pepsi will build a new office headquarters near OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. Construction work began in November 2015.
The US$6m high-tech, custom-built and AAA-grade headquarters will be located on a Krisp Properties’ 28,000-m2 gross lease area (GLA) at Clearwater Office Park.. The building embraces new energy efficient legislation.
Elsewhere, Director of Krisp Properties Jordan Mann has said Krisp will invest R500-million in expanding GLA office space at Clearwater Office Park since many international businesses were interested in office space. As such, it is targeting to expand space from current 28,000 m² GLA to 60,000 m² in the future.
According to the executive, his company added 5,000 m2 of commercial space in the Park a year and, on completion, it will have seven AAA grade office park grounds.
