Acer Infrastructure Ltd., a leading Central and East African construction company, has been contracted to build an office block at Roma Park, the mixed-use urban development in Lusaka.
Acer Infrastructure will build the seven-storey, 4,878-m2 office facility, which is due for completion in May 2016.
Acer Infrastructure is part of Mount Meru Group, a 1,000-employee, diversified company with operations in Central and Eastern Africa.
The Roma Park development is a JV between CPD Properties and Rendeavour, Africa’s largest urban land developer.
Set on 120 hectares in Lusaka, Roma Park is a mixed-use development which includes residential estates, a shopping mall, an office complex, warehousing, an industrial park and much more.
Acer Infrastructure, a member of Mount Meru Group, was founded in 2009 and specialises in mechanical and civil engineering construction. Mount Meru Group’s businesses include filling stations, fuel tank manufacturing, petroleum product distribution, logistics, seeds and edible oils produced in Africa and sold in European markets.
