Big plans for the Cape

Alan Winde, MEC for Economic Opportunity, Western Cape Government and Solly Fourie, Head of Department for Economic Development & Tourism, Western Cape talk about the projects which are developing in Cape Town and how they are aimed at promoting economic growth and development in the Mother City.

Mr Winde and Mr Fourie share with us the improved plans and potential investments in the areas of hospitals, Cape Town International Convention Centre expansion and broadband investment, to name a few. 

“We also note the city expansion plans of the Western Cape Governments precinct in Wale street which is aimed at boosting, not only the jobs on the construction phase, but the longer term jobs that will emanate from the property development plans,”says Mr Fourie.
