Going green in public health facilities

12 November 2014

The second edition of the free-to-attend conference ‘Going Green in Public Health Facilities’ was held at the Southern Sun Hotel in Cape Town on Friday, 31st of October 2014.

The event which discussed technical strategies under the motto ‘110% green’ wanted to be a challenge and opportunity for the delegates attending. “It is in their responsibility to put their technical expertise into public health facilities by assisting the improvement process through information sharing”, says organiser Michael Tladi.

While he admits that every province has its own challenges, Tladi strongly believes that achieving top class public health facilities is feasible if all experts commit to the task.

The organisers of the conference expressed their gratitude to the Western Cape Government for their support.
