Wood-Skin redefines the possibilities of wood

Wood-Skin is an innovative form of wooden cladding that has been developed by an Italian startup in Milan. In a digital fabrication process complex shapes are being created which could never be achieved with normal techniques. The result is a high-end aesthetic product which is very malleable but at the same time very strong.

The vibrant team of architects and designers is constantly researching and developing new visualisations of different ideas and possibilities of having complex surfaces. While at the moment the material is produced near Milan and shipped to its end location, Wood-Skin will soon be produced on sites around the world.
